Website Service Agreement

This overview describes how paid engagements with 519 YQG Studio typically work. A tailored agreement is signed before any paid work begins.

Free homepage concept

We offer a complimentary homepage concept designed around your business, with no obligation. It is one homepage — not a complete website — delivered within three to five business days.

Packages

If you love the direction, we complete the rest of your website through one of our published packages. Deliverables (pages, revision rounds, timeline) are defined in the selected package and in a written scope.

Payments

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Domain registration, premium stock imagery, and paid third-party services (e.g. email, analytics, booking tools) are billed separately. A deposit is required before launch work begins; the balance is due at launch.

Ownership

Once payment is complete, the final website design and code are yours. 519 YQG Studio retains the right to display the finished project as portfolio work unless otherwise agreed.

Care plan

The optional YQG Care Plan is $25/month CAD and includes minor edits such as small text changes, replacing existing images, updating contact information, and changing business hours. New pages, redesigns, and advanced features are quoted separately.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed to the point of cancellation is billable; the free homepage concept carries no obligation.
